Safety & Rules
Safety is our number one priority at Energi Adventure Park!
We work with Right Directions, the UK’s leading leisure management safety consultancy who provide us with our Health and Safety training and ongoing support. Our Arena and Reception teams have completed Arena Safety Training, First Aid, AED and have undertaken a rigorous recruitment and selection process.
Our Arena team complete thorough safety checks every morning before we open.
Our Climbing Supervisors have completed a thorough training programme from the suppliers of the climbing walls – Entre-prise and an Adventure Activities Licensing Authority Qualified Instructor.
Before being allowed into the activity area, Clip and Climb or Zip Wire, you are required to sign a waiver that informs and educates you of the potential risks of The activity.
10 minutes before the start of your session you are required to watch an educational safety briefing video (see below) that teaches you about the park rules, how to control your bounce/climb and how to bounce/climb safely amongst others.
Our Safety Marshalls are stationed at all core areas of the park throughout a bounce, climb and Zip session to ensure you are all safe and happy.
